In their segment, Chef, Billy McMichael, and owner, Casey Staker, taught viewers how to make zest’s popular Farmers Market Ratatouille and presented a sampling of the dishes that diners have come to know and love as part of the incredible zest kitchen and bar menu.
All of the entrees shown are affordably priced, with costs ranging from $10 to $15, including a lunch of organic corn tacos with mushroom barbacoa and roasted eggplant tomato soup with ginger sour cream, as well as a dinner of the Farmers Market Ratatouille with a dessert of the diner’s choosing.
In addition to those great meals, zest wants Salt Lake City residents to help them celebrate their 3 year anniversary with a variety of new small plate menu offerings created from their farmers market harvests. Patrons can celebrate and take advantage of the delicious, seasonal products throughout the month of October, with a 3 course meal for just $20.
